So lately work has mostly been going on with PoP 3.x, which is good. If you folks get to a new toy to play with then maybe there will be less comments that read "Is PoP 4 out yet?" But I made a few more strides today toward the retooling of the troop trees and tier systems. I just need to figure out how the stat tiers work in the troops py. Once that is all set I will try and match the PoP 4 code to the already established balancing numbers that came into place this week.
